The written analytical test was held on 11 October 2026. On the basis of that test, 68 candidates have been shortlisted for the on-campus round at the IIM Mumbai campus, Powai, on 22 and 23 October 2026. They are named, by position, in the notice linked above.
Shortlisted candidates will be written to in detail by email, with the reporting time, the venue and what to bring. Please make sure the address on your application is still in use, and look in your spam folder. Candidates must make their own arrangements for travel and stay, and no change of date is possible.
Reading and writing Marathi is mandatory for the Senior Associate (Policy) and Associate (Evaluation and Data) positions. A candidate who does not meet this pre-requisite may withdraw.
A computer-based written test is held on 11 October 2026, taken remotely under proctoring, lasting two hours. Part A is a cognitive abilities test common to everyone. Part B is a subject paper: quantitative and data interpretation for Associates and Research Associates, policy and scheme analysis for Senior Associates, and field ethics and judgement for the Project Manager.
Shortlisted candidates are announced on 13 October and called to IIM Mumbai on 22 or 23 October for a campus round, which may be an offline test or a group discussion. Only those who qualify there go on to the panel interview. Selections are notified on 24 October and joining is on 5 November 2026.
The written test is a single sitting with one subject paper for each category. A candidate may apply for one position only.
